It gives the plants a couple of hours of direct hot sun from about 11 to 1, then not again until around 4. It's hard to find flowers that will thrive there. The real sun lovers like zinnias don't get enough sun, too much for shade lovers. I want to try some there in the bloom master pots, and some in my few shady areas.

Carrie, I know you're right. I never cared much for coleus at all until the past couple of years. Since wintersowing the past few years I've grown a lot of new things and come to appreciate them more.
