From this afternoon, a female Rainbow Bee Eater. I've got only a short time to continue to take photos of birds anywhere but at the ocean or right on the river. It was only 30 degrees Celsius (90 F) today, but in the dry bush where these birds are, even though it was just over the road and up a bank from the river, it felt pretty warm and I was lurking in the shade waiting for the Bee eaters to alight on a branch.
