I don't know much about that blue sage other than I came accross it several years ago at Top Tropical. It is usually a winter bloomer, or fall and winter bloom. Likes part shade humus areas, does well unattended, and during certain times of the year is fairly easy to propagate. I'm not sure what the height potential is, but they have reached the 6 foot mark here. The flowers appear to turn into seeds, but as yet, have not seen any grow.
