Also the beard it just tooo long, this is where you will decide the length you want for your own santa...

Once cut I lift the beard that I just glued up out of the way, glue a few of the pieces that I just cut away from the beard pulled the beard back down and gently work the distinct beard openings so that you cannot see where one meets and one ends...

I'm very tired tonight, was just heading off to bed so I doubt this will truly make sense..
