Order TRICHOPTERA (caddis flies) Family GLOSSOSOMATIDAE Agapetus ochripes This site has a pic, it has long, red antennae striped black, legs seem to match, so do wings although theirs is overexposed and mine is at night with flash. Head looks fuzzy, eyes seem to match. It also has a couple of long snout protusions. As far as I can see the wing veination and shape matches.
