As you all know, LK and I went to a RU last month. We both made out like bandits... and came home with brug cuttings from Maggiedew's fine gardens. Well, since I'm sort of very new to brugs, and the last time I tried to root them in water, I tried an experiment ... since I had so much to experiment with. LK told me that she layed hers on the ground and half way covered the stem, and they rooted. So, I cut some of the stems in sections betweent the nodes, and 8 out of 12 of them rooted, and are looking like they're going to make it.
The ones I put in water, and added peroxide... changing the water/peroxide daily... are wilted, and looking very bad.
The ones I put in water w/o peroxide... changing the water once a week... have the white knots on them, and are ready to pot up today...
So, now I know more about what works for me.

Just thought some of you might be interested.
These are the ones I cut in sections, the eight that and are rooted and have starts coming up. They are Pink Beauty, and Autumn Treasure.
