sew the folded piece which the 10" border is together to create the sleeve...

Turn one edge in approx. 1/4" either by gluing/hand sewing or machine sewing...

You must gather both top of sleeve and bottom cuff...remember strong thread is important...

When you are gathering the bottom cuff, do it on the good side of your material and just above the 1/4"

IF you've sewn your sleeves correctly they will look like the sleeve shown on the right... the one on the left is incorrect...
