I figured Stellar Pink wasn't new just as some companies market Carnivale Venezia as "new" although I had read that variety has also been around for 100's of years. You're right about "personal preferences" in flowers, etc, etc. I tend to gravitate to larger sized blooms in my other favorites (Hybrid Hibiscus, Daylilies, Echinacea) so I guess I'm just continuing that concept.
