What does your garden look like and what have you planted? I have Switch Grass, Indian Grass, and Little Bluestem for Grasses. I just planted 2 female and a male Ilex verticillata for winter berries and have 4 Ilex glabras with berries. There is also a native Rosa Virginiana with red rose hips. There are 6 native honeysuckle that are still blooming and also have formed seeds. The seed heads from penstemon digatalis, purple coneflower and asters will stay up until they are eaten. |
