Great Roses grampapa! How many do you have? It's a lot for sure! I was sort of worried that with all the wierd weather that mine might not get to open. They started to bud very late and then it became quite cool fairly quickly. It was 90 a week and half ago and now they are saying a snow level of 3000' by thursday night (i'm around 1800'). I don't want winter here soooo soon!! The few roses that I do have, for certain will loose all their flowers.

Victor, you're making me think that I need to get autumn moon! I have an aureum that actually did get some really nice red shades at the ends of the leaves last year, which was far more that I was expecting. I'm hoping for the same this year, but it was likely just a strange situation that caused the red in it.

Robin, I absolutely love your dahlia picture. I wouldn't have bought the orange either! A friend was thinning her garden and had a "grab bag" of dahlia tubers to give away. The orange was in the mix of the handful that I grabbed.
