St. Augustine is one of my favorite cities although I haven't been there in awhile. Many years ago my DH and I would take our bicycles on the back of the car and go up for the weekend and ride our bikes all over the city. Loved the beaches at Ponte Vedra to the north. St. Augustine beach is really great too. The old city is really nice if it isn't crowded, which at this time of year it shouldn't be. If you haven't been before I hope you have a great time. That is a great looking Peperomia, look at all those tendrils! I have a peperomia that looks similar, may be the same one. Mine has been on the front porch for a couple of years and got sunburned a few weeks ago. I think mine was ID'd last year as P. obtusifolia: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/127999/ It's been raining but I went out and took a picture of mine. I'm hoping this will transmit, I keep getting messages that it's dropping the connection and can't open the page, whenever I try to preview. |
