I used some in the chili, we've had garlic bread, and I made a pork roast, cut little slits in it and stuffed in slivers of the garlic. Yum!! Nice mild flavor. I'm going to have to try roasting some. 'dug' my potatoes this week, too. didn't really have to dig because I grew them in a fabric tub. nice experiment. they did well except they are really small...too much N in the fert. I'll know better next year. but, boy, do they taste good. when I brought them in, I cleaned up a bunch of the marble sized ones and boiled them for lunch. just slathered them with real butter. it's decadent. |
