I tried to take a picture of the full moon last night and couldn't get the shutter speed off the automatic setting. Instead of the moon, it looked like a lunar eclipse! lol sort of fun. I love everyones pictures. Victore that Dawn Redwood is Huge! Not in your yard is it? I love the stump Brook. RobinDog...Yes the fuschia is a perennial for me. The one in that picture is "hawkshead". I only have two different kinds of them that I think are worth a darn. Hawkshead does pretty well, but sometimes the winter makes it die back completely to the ground. The other one I will have to get back to you on the name of it, but it looks like a pink Hawkshead and it absolutely thrives. I believe that I've had hawkshead 7 years now. when it dies back completely, it waites until the very end of summer to bloom. If it doesn't die back that much, it blooms much earlier really well. a few pictures from yesterday and today. gazania, I think |
