Hope everyone out there in this monster storm's path is safe.
We are only 250-miles inland and will for sure get very high winds and lots of rain. We are getting ready to move all of my potted plants to the Greenhouse, then 'wait'.

I just saw live TV 5-minutes ago a 30' wave surge lash above the 17' seawall in Galveston, and IKE hasn't even hit yet.

How sad that it will probably take down the restaurants that are out in the water that have stood for so many years. There is even a Hotel 'Flagship' built out above the water.

What a horrible storm that will be here is no time
