SOOO Ken...
what is your latest mix like...
have you added the orange oil to it as you were considering.. for insects..
it seemed your tea tree oil was going in at 12 drops/ mix.. is this the same now..
do you use the bloom booster mix in for blooms.....or have you started trying some other add ins for blooming.. [ the mix seems to me to be heavily nitrogen based on it's own .. everythings so green]
do you still spray daily
have you increased the ammount you use per gallon.. up from the 2 tbs/gal it seemed you were useing..are you up to the cup/gal Brenda mentioned..
Do you spray early/ late.. is there a difference.. I've been spraying late here.. roses and all.. and the wetting of the roses late..rather than promoting fungal problems.. really combats them.. and on the early late question.. do you figure there is a difference in the way.. the plants benefit for one or the other.. does the plant... resting after spraying in the evening ..keepingtheir pores open..seem to give the same benefit to the plant as having it activly growing.. and soon closing up the stomata after spraying.. as the day heats up...
one other question...what do you figure it does to the slugs inthe areaa..they are attracted to beer [ yeast ] andto cover the garden in beer...seems like it would bring them up from the dark leafy haunts to the plant leaves.. but I haven't noticed many more of them..
but it's working here.. Ilove it... did Iuse 1/4 oz /batch TTO the lastime.. seems like alot .. I know I increased it... I'm making up 4 batches at a time... and it's got everything doing just wonderfully.. Thanks again.. Gordon
OH..I remember afew questionsfor the users... has anyone noticed a decrease in bird activity in the garden..is it the amonia..and making it smell like a big cat marking all over the garden.. there is an insect decrease here.. and could that be keeping my birds away.. or is it that they have moved out of the area already thanks..
