Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: ID please?!! Any ideas on this huge caterpillar/slug?, 1 by mulchymitch

On turning it over it also displays caterpillar feet but, whatever it is, I have a few in the garden and am inquisitive to know what they may be or turn out to be; i've never seen them in the garden before.
