I'm hesitating between Adelphocoris quadripunctatus or Calocoris norvegicus (Fam Miridae) of these two very similar bugs. I found both in the same habitat of mixed herbage specially on nettles..
In the first one can see 2 clearly defined dots on the neck shield and a suggestion of two more which would make it Adelphocoris quadripunctatus.

The second has only two faint dots and make it look more like Calocoris norvegicus (specially fond of nettles)
