There's a woman who said she was going to tear all of that beauty out to build a "cottage cabin" but my property goes across the road and up to the fence, so she'd be encroaching on my property, which I won't allow. She's probably in her late 70's, and it's been months since I've seen her and nothing has been done yet so hopefully she doesn't have the money.
