I like the way the white pine backed up the Double DL, I think they add an excellent texture to the garden. One thing I like about pines, esp. the white pine, is that they LOVE to be pruned and kept in line! I like to take the cuttings and stick 'em in the ground to grow. Pictured is a spruce I pruned and said "Hey, here's a good spot for a baby pine!!!"

I got my peach just about the same way; truckload sale. However, it was end of the season sale and $9.99. I got lucky! Probably from the same batch! Not happy, as it is 1/2 Red. The "different red" shown above grows in the same pot. Drats! I will separate.

Your hibiscus looks great for not so great a condition, nice recovery!
