HollyAnnS wrote: Thank you Ron for the info, The Ipomoea purpurea Crimson Rambler has heart shaped leaves. The multi-lobed leaves in the background are from another MG. I will try and get some seeds from the blue ones with the fuchsia folds for you. I would be more than glad to share seeds with anyone interested but I honestly don't know if I will be able to separate them at seed harvest time as these are so grown together it's very hard to tell what is coming from where and I just haven't had time to tag them. I propagate and grow Ornamental Sweet Potatoes every year and get a few flowers from time to time. This year I have more blooms than I have any other year. Thank you also for the info on the dark edge of my leaves. A great relief. Becky, Thank you also for the info on the Sooty Mold. After reading about it on the links you provided. I went out and checked all my plants for bugs and did find a few on one of them. Luckily it is one of the plants that sits all alone. Every-ones pictures are so very beautiful. I had no idea that there were so many different colors and kinds of MG before I came to this forum. You all have really opened my eyes. |
