Candyce, we've lived here four years too, and have replaced the washer, dryer, refridgerator and now the wall oven, cooktop and hood. There aren't anymore appliances to replace! Well, there's the boiler, that's okay, thank goodness. It heats our water, so there is no hot water heater. Oh yeah! We replaced the oil tank. No air conditioners here, but we did have the mold ridden original one removed. One day, I want a dishwasher, but we have to hire a contractor to cut a space for it first.

I'd like to replace the kitchen sink, but there's nothing wrong with it. I guess I'll just do the faucet. It drips now, unless you have the handle pushed ever-so-slightly to the right. When I have the time, I'm going to re-do the counter and backsplash with tile. I'll use cobalt blue mosaic tiles for the top, and I'll make a mosaic design for behind the cooktop. I might do the design I have here in the photo. I haven't decided yet.
