Thanks LovesGreat... some of my favorites also.. I do try and post the better ones.. lets see some of your babies...
Becky... well NO.. no magazines yet.. Idid have areporter from the NYTimes by..she wanted to talk about the garden shops in NYC...which I had posted something on.. I did make the paper though.. My name was mentioned in the NYTimes.. in the same sentance along with Marlyn Monroe.. and Rita Hayworth.. Not bad company... I imagine the article to be about fameous NYC sluts .. but it wasn't...
and there was an article with pictures about the garden in the ABADS publication...that's the American Brugmansia and Datura Society.. for my Brugs.. Idid get an inspector up years ago... which an article might draw again.. and I was issued two tickets for illegal plant storage... one to me and one to the bank.. as the lawyer downstairs was jumpping up and down... saying he doesn't own the place the bank does... [ now what place doesn't the bank have apart of in this country.. anyway 15 years later ...now it's about mine ] but I had to go and appear maybe 6 seperate times.. each time getting a littler higher level buildings department lackey and defended the garden as not being illegal plant storage..before a judge.. and beat my ticket.. but as I couldn't appear for the bank..and they didn't want me to appear for them..and they surely had no interest inappearing.. and the bildings department didn't think two ticketsfor the same infraction was out of order... saying if you want fair.. go to a ball game..and it seemed not to matter that I had won myticket for the same offence.written at the same time..SO... I paid a $1500.00 judgement... so maybe at an amortized cost of
$100/ year.. I'm... pretty cool..now...a win before ajudge...and I've been left alone... so perhaps I can stand a spread in Fine Gardening.. or Urban Warfare.. Gordon
another view of it... Well... here's a string trellis... 6-8 strings on each side of the antenna... and going upto the top...one MG is about there already..
