Morning Glories: Double bindweed, 1 by

I have a micro climate where it is cooler/humid in my backyard that is fenced in high, and would love to try some bindweeds in with what else is going on if they could survive a bit of sun~a large bit. All my 'regulars' are good now and its 109 today, at least...the sweet peas are way on the last leg, no doubt but growing happy still withing the MG vines or the other way around? :)
any experiences and or ideas?
