I thought she was being bit by something so I put Advantage on her, it's been about 1 1/2 months since she's had it. So the refrigerator guy showed up Friday evening! He ran a very good diagnostic on it and said there's some sort of restriction in the compressor. I asked him about Whirlpool refrigerators, and he said the same thing the other guy did on the phone; he said that he gets the least calls on Whirlpool refrigerators, but when one does break under warranty it is a huge chore getting Whirlpool to replace anything, no matter what part it is. He said we're in for a battle cause I need a new compressor. He's going to try to get me a whole new refrigerator but told me to not hold my breath on that. He also said that since he went screwing around with it, it will probably start working again, which it has, but not to trust it cause it will break again. He advised me that purchasing the extended warranty would be a good idea too. Good Grief.
