hi everyone :)
thanks LeBug....38" is about what I thought they would be so I'll keep them where they are, especially since they seem to like their spot. As for your feverfew, it should spread into a nice patch for you, it pops up all over for me. Were the lilac petunia seeds from Tuink? I love them too and will also collect some seed from them. My petunia blues are slowly but surely growing and hopefully will bud soon.

One of my summer showers geraniums finally bloomed today!!!!! It is alot more fuchsia pink then I expected! This one was in a pot in the sun...my others in 3 hanging baskets are not too happy. I think they need more sun and less water, time will tell.

Meredith, I was thinking of you when I was in HD the other day; they had a plant that was a dianthus, which looked like your photo. I should have written the name down ~ I forget what it was called. It was the same exact color and bloom clusters in your photo, but I see you found the id ~ I like the swallowtail site :)))

Seandor I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the seed tunnel here and don't think I need a single seed more....in fact I'm walking past ripe seeds and not even collecting them!!!....my mind is still in the planting mode I guess...but I'll check out your link for sure...and I'll get my baggies out and start collecting some seeds...good luck with it :)

this is another thing that self sows all over the place the red amaranth ~ they are easy to pull out though. The green seedlings with the red stems are the red burgundy okra.
