Theoretically a very long time. Wax begonias really are tender perennials but most are treated as annuals. They will more than likely have mildew, drop leaves like crazy, grow leggy, and probably croak anyway when moved from growing outdoors to indoors. If you can provide lots of light in a semi humid environment then they may do okay. You may want to trim back hard before bringing them indoors and you can root the cuttings too.
