In the last four years I had one that did schlock work and did not finish what he was paid for, I had another one that just took off with the moolah after doing a smidgen of the work and I had one that did the work, in the specified time frame and did great work! He did the fireplace after 2 years of looking at 2 x 4s that should have been finished by the original contractor.1 out of three is NOT acceptable.
