His name was "Buster" and he impregnated every intact female dog in the neighborhood. His owners tried to keep him in his fenced backyard but he climbed the chainlink fences. I don't know what they ended up doing with him but I haven't seen him around in a long time. Cute dog though. I had a pug/dachshund female at the time and Buster got to her and here's a photo of the pups.
