I'll have to check that out Laura, am just so pleased to hear that you finally got them, if nothing else you'll have them for next summer...geeze was about to think maybe I imagined I had bought and sent them..talk about 'slow boat to China'..lol..that made my day...

Now I was just about to take a guess at who my 'secret pal' was..thanks ever so much Carol and they gift is wonderful..especially the knife, even though a don't cook a whole lot, I DON"T have good cutting knives for when I do so will be anxious to try this one out..and loved the hummer stained glass piece...

Shar, when I was on the farm Bill raised goats for pleasure, I'm sure he still has the herd...it's not uncommon that the mom hasn't enough milk and you have to feed them by hand..2 of the goats were mine because of the care I had to give them in order for them to live..we had a pond about 30 acres into the bush, I'd walk and they'd all follow me out, a few needed to be herded but Sailor would be on the job..will go through some photo's for you to show you the different types..we had a birth of 4 and all survived..the only thing that upset me and I never wanted to know when, is just after they are born, they have the miniature horn buds burnt to the skull..Bill kept saying that they'd simply have a headache for a day...meds had to be applied several times during the day for infection..I thought that was inhumane but he went on to tell me that as goats grow and become agressive, well not really agressive, they love playing with each other and the bunt, many a time if the horns haven't been burnt, and one is pregnant they can bunt and abort or do much damage to the others..so, as long as I didn't know right there and then it wasn't as bad...we did some showing in competitions and it was fun..now I'll truly have to get those put away photo's to remind me of some good times...

Glad you are in this swap Shar..thanks for the work you are doing..yes, some are busy during summer months but for me, just love going to the post office to get my 'treasures'...

Carol, I did use the kettle to take off the stamps to see if I could read the name but NOT, you inked it much to much and the steam made it blurry..lol..I wouldn't make a good P.I.
