Another beautiful plant I picked up from the office that's closing--a fiddle leaf fig. When I picked it up it had a few brown spots on the leaves, and the bottom leaves are yellowing a bit. I have no idea how much it was watered before or what kind of light it was recieving, but now I've repotted it in its own soil and in some compost, put it in a north facing window, and gave it a good drink. I'm a little worried because I have killed my newly aquired plants very quickly before when I wasn't familiar with how to care for them. Should I be concerned about the brown spots? Will the brown spots spread to the rest of the plant? Will the bottom leaves fall off? Should I give it some vitamins or anything? About 1/4 of the leaves have brown spots, and the picture I'm sending is the worst of them. Sorry again for the number of posts, but I just got my camera working and have been waiting to post some of these for weeks.
