The lights sit up high in the box frame to raise or lower the space between the shelves you move the whole thing up and down on the legs by turning screws, it takes two people to do it. So I just stack up anything I can find to sit under the flats. The plants are never really as close to the lights as I think they should be. Also I won't be buying anymore of those green seeding starters I got from Parks. Really don't like them either. But hey it's better than having them sit all over my floor like I did year before last.
