Have another bed that I have lined with them and they are all loaded with scapes now but haven't bloomed yet. Same bunch but the others are not protected like these are. They are not hurt by the cold, they just bloom a few days later. Some of them are slightly different as they were "forced" at different times and weren't the same variety as the others. Less trouble than an iris.

Oh Randy, DeSoto caught part of the tornado night before last.
Thankfully we were on the other side of town this time. Yesterday and today are just perfect. With my luck, it will rain all next weekend. Hope not.
