And I love the cactus bloom, too. Of course we rarely get to see a bloom on a cactus here in these parts!

I love it when the daffs start to bloom here, gardengus, and I love to pick them and make little bouquets too.

I posted this daff pic on another thread, but I wanted to post it here because this little combination is in a shady spot next to a big shrub and between two houses. The arum and the daff make a nice couple and the forsythia in the background is 'borrowed' landscape from the neighbor. I am always looking for something that will grow in that spot and I think I finally have something--at least for early spring.
