doccat- I 'had to' come right home and put swap things into my journal while I had the packets handy. I like to search PlantFiles with cultivar if I have it, and then just scroll down to 'add this to your journal' Then for a couple days, I almost couldn't sleep with seeds dancing in my head. Had to pot some. I don't know if I got anything from oyu though... I did bring home a store-packet of Lima beans- just what I wanted! Should be able to grow just enough for me and DH and maybe freeze a bag.

Seedtosser- I am a good composter! just not these in particular. Right now my neighbor has a lot of stuff he shredded that I'm using for mulch. The stuff I am cutting off would be a royal pain to shred, all angular and bunchy.

You should have a compost bin! Mine is homemade with boards with notches, kind of Lincoln-log ish. Pretty sturdy. (Snow is long gone.)

Now, what is a Living bird feeder?
