Hey everyone! I lost track of the thread, but finally found you this morning! I've got another tray of seeds to start up today, and some others that I know I'll need to transplant. I left a cover on one tray a bit too long, and have some mold, but nothing I'm going to throw myself under a truck over.

My petunias are really slow too - but since this is my first year with this stuff I figured it was just the petunias :) So far the stuff that I have that's germinated has all done well - maybe not quickly, but at least they're all hanging in there. My DBIL said that there are some old window frames (possibly still with glass) that were dumped on their property years ago. Next time I'm down there I'm taking my boots with me for a tromp through their woods to this dumping area. If they've got frames I've got the perfect spot for a cold frame!

Here's a pic of some of the sprouts that were started at my sis's near the end of January. The Lady in Red salvia and Johnny Jump Ups are doing great, the Blue Sage is taking its time and growing more slowly.

How are snapdragons doing for anyone/everyone??
