let me know how the byc meet goes i just saw something on that the other day but i didn't read it yet. only thing i've done byc way is the pa chickenstock in fall of 06. last year to far away so we didn't go.

yes i will post something for ya when i'm better i'm a pa liceased poultry tech so i do blood work for exhibitions and npip and i also help people register for shows here and help set them up and tear down. will be glad to answer any questions ya all have.
i see mostly adults show in open classes not many kid's they are usually in with 4-h or ffa not more than a few in open classes where we show.

"Are my Silkies going to be THAT pretty?" that depends,lol there is a big difference between qualities of a bird. hatchery stock and pet quality is no where near exhibition stock. it takes alot to get them to that quality sometimes years of breeding. good stock and hard work but if ur willing to do it is well worth it and very rewarding. here is one of my exhibition hens when she was a pullet, i luv this pic.
