We have a large variety of birds here on the coast, I'm guessing I'll be getting to know the different ones.

Now back to the digging in the dirt......I'm finding I might not benefit as much as I'd like. I think we must be on the old Tillamook dumping grounds...LOL....Old farms.....big deep burn areas. I found a the cast iron frame of a Hallet & Davis piano, along with the other metal parts that wouldn't burn..... tons of nails and scews....melted glass...in other parts of the yard various metal "stuff", brick and misc... So you see gloves are pretty much a must this year.
