A list was made of all snowdrops which were listed in alphabetical order by species and cultivar. I then gave each snowdrop a reference number which was marked on to an 8 inch black label using a silver paint marker. All that needs done now is to get my you know what into gear and work out how much gravel I need to cover the garden, get it delivered and spread and get my water feature done in time for open day. It may be 5 weeks away but I'm away 2 of them. The fence looks rubbish because there has been a Leylandii hedge there for 20 years. Maybe there will be a new one by open day. Here are beds 2, 2A and 3. bed 1 is behind me. Beds 1, 2 and 2A are mixed species and cultivars, Bed 3 is for species and cultivar doubles only. |
