It depends on what you mean by "on time." Um, everything was in by January 1..? (i save a few things to plant on New Year's Day because it seems like such a hopeful start to the year.) But way too many things went in the week before Xmas and New Year's - i don't know if it made the plants unhappy - it made ME kinda unhappy! Brrr.
