To me debarking is much more humane than ZAP every-time he gets annoying

I also found that his mother was debarked and 3 of his siblings....
The mother was also spayed ,because they were convinced its partially hereditary.
I know the breed is known for barking....and wandering...
And I've had dogs that became annoying by barking...but this is so bad....duct tape sounds good.....
Also,its not so bad right now because its winter ,but the neighbors(who are ACRES away) are reaching their limits of tolerance.They can't leave the windows open at night.Heck,I bought an air-conditioner just so I didn't have to open the window......
