Seriously, it is a big problem down here that may affect us all. We just saw a news piece on how this area of the country provides a large percentage of winter vegetables across the country, and the concern over the freezing temps tonight may cause a wide-spread spike in vegetable prices. The next story was about how the horticulturists at the Thomas Edison estate (just a couple miles down the street from us) are working frantically to cover all the rare plants that were propagated by Edison when he was researching how to make rubber from plants.

Move over, Pirl.......I'm heading to your house for some warm R & R from the freezing south!! LOL
