We've been here five years in almost the smallest house we looked at but it had the biggest yard at 7500 square feet plus mature fruit trees and it didn't border a freeway or a school. Our neighborhood is quiet and culturally diverse.

I've noticed houses are staying on the market longer at the moment so there is probably some downward flexibility in pricing. Let me know if you'd like to know more about living in the area. I've included a picture of part of our garden in the front yard.
