36 Qts Tomato's - that I grew and canned.
2 Gallons Sauce
2 big tomato paste
10 large onions
3 bulbs garlic

10 lbs burger
5 lbs ground pork

1 big bottle virgin olive oil
2 bunches of parsley
10 eggs

Oregano
Basil
Bay leaves
Fennel seeds
Salt
Pepper


Tomorrow (Monday)
2.84 lbs Romano Cheese
110 oz Ricotta Cheese
Mozzerlla Cheese
10 boxes shell
Eggs
Parsley
I quit - I am loosing count of what is going on.

I have destroyed the kitchen. This pot is looking pretty good. Been simmering 14 hours as of this writing.
