I'm trying to figure out how better to attract them to help encourage them to stay.
I've built a nest box, and I've seen them check it out, but its still vacant.
I hear them singing all around my house, in the neighbors trees.
If that's all I get, then it's still worth it. They are competing with my Mockingbirds, as far as their singing goes.

Here's another bird feeder that I had early this Summer.
Sunflower's are such great plants.
