I've tried growing some babies with my whirlpool begonias leaves that way (the whole leave laid out flat) but they just don't want to grow that way for me. So I've taken to cutting the leaves into wedges with a nice vein in each wedge and getting babies that way. Here is my latest batch just popping up.
