Yep, you guessed it! It's a Himalayan Blue Poppy seedling from Iceland! There are actually 3 but this is the biggest one. You can see another starting to arise out of the soil just on the right upper side in the picture.

I am trying to winter sow some outside and thought it would be fun to try a few seeds inside. I for over a month I kept watering just the soil and had even let it go completely dry once by accident (yep, you heard it.... I let it go dry.......can you believe that?). Just as I was getting frustrated with it, I noticed green things! I can't believe it.

Now I'm not going to get excited or anything because as you all know, I have never been good at growing seed but I am just totally tickled to see these little guys!
