One is a codanthus 'Paula' and the other is a variegated (starts with an l) lipstick plant.
I have 3 on the gro light stand i grew from seed. There are called nemathanthus 'yellow australis'. They are still babies but the leaves do look just like yours. Let me see if i can find my camera.......just a sec
