Beginner Gardening: HELP Asparagus Fern, 1 by mistygardener

Hi all. I received a lot of plants from a lady the other day that were VERY poorly cared for. This Asparagus Fern seems to be in the worst shape! All the others were terribly root bound, but I have NEVER seen anything like this! Someone PLEASE help me out with what I should do with this one.
