Here's a picture of a Black catterpillar. It was my first.
Sometimes it happens that they are dark in color.
I've seen pictures, and then finally had my first.
Also -- the chrysilas is very dark as well.
He's been in a chrysilas for about a week now, so I expect it to have flown away one day soon, while I'm at work.
