Hibiscus: Prettiest one I have ever raised............., 1 by tomatomaniac

But, for some reason, hibiscus have always held a fascination for me. I guess by simple I mean the "single" flowers, rather than the doubles, etc. This one shown here bloomed at first, but some tiny little "thrip-like" bugs got into the blooms. After a couple doses of natural pyrethrins, Spinosad, and some insecticidal soap, this hibiscus has really come on strong. It is blooming and loaded with healthy looking buds.

I would love to learn how to cultivate, hybridize, and/or exchange some of these incredibly bootiful hibiscus displayed here. Some actually don't look real.........WOW
